When you place your order, BoBijou will estimate the dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the ordered items, and delivery options and destination you choose:
Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Our current UK and International delivery options are:

BoBijou clearly displays in stock status, availability and the estimated dispatch date for all products through it´s online catalogue. Time and schedules are always measured in working days, where Bobijou working days are between Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If your order includes several products with different availabilities, you should use the longest availability time in your order. That is because multiple product orders are held for dispatch until all products are available. If you want us to dispatch products as they become available, you can either despatch products as they become available by paying for the additional delivery charges or place separate orders for each product and take advantage of our free delivery.
BoBijou strive to present it´s jewellery in an elegant manner and all jewellery is delivered individually packaged in a pink silk signature BoBijou box wrapped in a beautiful organza bag and mailed in protective bubble wrap envelopes and a rigid, purpose made outer carton container to reach you in perfect condition.
A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each jewellery package. As well as ensuring that pearls and gemstones used in the jewellery are genuine, the Certificate is your assurance that you have purchased a generic BoBijou product and as described in the BoBijou online catalogue.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country.
BoBijou shipment may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers" responsibility.
